Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats – I use Quaker Oats Large flakes or Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond or regular milk
1/3 cup raspberries (or any other fruit)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey

RECIPE

Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar.
Close lid and refrigerate overnight.
These stay good in the fridge up to 7 days!

 

Tip: There are so many different variations of this. Try mango, almonds, dried fruit etc …

I do this too, but I don’t use oats I use Ultimate daily cleanse which contains whole food fiber like ground flax seeds, psyllium seed husk, Inulin fiber from chicory root, sprouted brown rice bran powder and probiotics and I use Splenda to sweeten it. It tastes not too bad and I split it in half and eat it as 2 snacks.
